The chart is cast for when the polls open in D.C.
The First House or Ascendant in a mundane chart reflects the country and its inhabitants, its general condition of prosperity and health - or the reverse.

As Jupiter falls into the 7th house, said excess stems from foreign countries seeking to steer the election to the person who will grant to them the most favors, such as engaging in a war they do not prefer to undertake by themselves. The Sun is separating from a square to the 9th house Moon, indicating the peril to the people which this person created in his successful attempts to torpedo our constitutional rights.
